| Canada’s Redknee opens its new office in Beirut |

Redknee, a business-critical software and solutions provider for communications service suppliers, announced the opening of its new office in Beirut, enabling the company to deliver local support to its customer base in response to rapid market growth in the Middle East and Africa, according to company’s press release.
The addition of the Beirut office would enable the company to provide support to its customers in the Middle East and Africa. The new office highlights Redknee’s aim to expand its existing presence in the UAE, Kenya and South Africa Redknee is currently providing its advanced converged billing, real- time rating and charging and interconnect billing capabilities to multiple operators across both regions. Redknee’s solutions are enabling operators to empower their subscribers, which in turn contributes to encouraging new service adoption and increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
